First, you’ll be taken on a lot tour. While making your way through rows of new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, your salesperson will discuss your wants and needs -- the qualities your new car must have. With the help of your salesperson, you’ll choose a vehicle that fits your desires.
Second, you’ll take your future auto for a demo ride. “Sometimes the customer wants an extended demo and we go ahead and do that for them,” says JR. “Buying a new vehicle is a big deal, so it’s important to us that you get a good feel for the car. We do whatever is needed to make that happen.”
Next, you’re invited into our showroom where we’ll begin the purchase process in a no-pressure, professional environment. With simplicity in mind, SJ Denham approaches the transaction in an honest manner that gives you confidence with your purchase. After all, we want to see you back in our showroom again.
After reaching an agreement, you’ll be introduced to our knowledgeable finance department where paperwork will be completed.
Next stop, “We’ll walk you over to parts and service and explain what to do when your vehicle needs servicing,” says JR. This way, there is no confusion or question about where you’ll take your car when it needs an oil change, new tires or a cracked windshield repaired.
Now for the exciting part: we hand you the keys to your new car. “We go over all of the vehicle functions and make sure you understand how everything operates,” says JR. Of course, we make sure you have a full tank of gas and a spotless, shiny vehicle when you drive off the lot.
The next day, you’ll receive a follow-up phone call. If you have any questions or concerns, we are here to make sure you are 100% satisfied and 100% comfortable with your purchase.
